Anger Management
It is estimated that one out of every five Americans struggle with anger management issues. Anger management involves the use of therapeutic techniques to help individuals manage and control feelings of anger, preventing them from giving in to potentially harmful impulses that may result.
Individuals often engage in one-on-one therapy sessions to address anger management concerns. Alternatively, some opt for group therapy settings, finding communal support beneficial in their journey toward effective anger management.
Crisis Intervention
Crisis intervention for victims of crime may vary depending on the victim and the type of victimization or as recommended by the court.
